Lowongan Kerja S1 Ilmu Hukum di Huawei Indonesia (max 20 Feb 2009)


General Description of Duties and Responsibilities

  • Providing diversified legal services and supports to Indonesia subsidiary operational platforms usually, where necessary, cross-boarder business to travel in other country in Asia Pacific temporarily will be required
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements and other legal documents
  • Providing legal advice for the operation of the company and controlling the relevant legal risks
  • Participating in contract negotiations
  • Handling with legal affaires in complicated sales projects with finance supports
  • Resolving industrial dispute and lawsuit and international arbitration
  • Legal research and providing legal training for the Company’s other department
  • Coordinating with external counsel and liaising with customers in the preparation, negotiation and completion of all legal documentation with respect to all legal practice areas such as telecom law, IP law, IT law, contract law, company law, competitive law, criminal law, employment law, immigration law, Incoterms2000 and relevant laws etc

Qualification & Experiences

  • Bachelor degree in law or above
  • Good knowledge of all commercial laws like company law, contract law, international trade law, tort law, IPE law, finance law, product ability law and dispute resolution etc
  • Having gained in-depth legal knowledge and stronger abilities to handle complicated legal affairs
  • Be familiar with finance facilities especially trading finance projects
  • 8-15 years legal work with experience in a multi-national company or leading law firm
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with a strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Good team spirit, able to work independently, able to deliver jobs within tight date line, apt to work under pressure
  • Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook etc

Additional requirements:

  • Being legal manager before will be preferential to recruit
  • The candidate who can handle bilingual language (English and Chinese even though a little bit Chinese) will be priority and welcome very much
