A. INFORMASI UMUM

  1. Beasiswa disediakan Departemen Komunikasi dan Informatika
    (Depkominfo) bagi :
    a.PNS, yakni pegawai negeri sipil di lembaga departemen dan
    lembaga non-departemen, baik di lingkungan pemerintah pusat maupun pemerintah daerah.
    b.Karyawan lembaga pendidikan, yakni pimpinan, dosen, dan staf
    pada lembaga-lembaga pendidikan, baik negeri maupun swasta.
    c.Karyawan industri TIK, yakni pimpinan, karyawan dan karyawati perusahaan-perusahaan di bidang teknologi informasi dan
    komunikasi, baik BUMN/D maupun swasta murni.
    d.Masyarakat umum, yakni pihak-pihak di luar tiga kategori
    tersebut, termasuk perorangan.
  2. Beasiswa akan diberikan kepada para pelamar yang oleh Panitia Seleksi dinilai memenuhi persyaratan untuk mengikuti program pendidikan S2 dan S3 di perguruan tinggi di Belanda, Perancis, Australia, Swedia, dan Inggris yang telah ditetapkan Depkominfo.
  3. Pelamar wajib memilih program studi sesuai dengan bidang-bidang studi yang telah ditetapkan Depkominfo, dan khusus bagi yang mendapatkan tugas akhir berupa penelitian, wajib menyelesaikan penelitian dengan tema / topik sesuai visi dan misi Depkominfo.
  4. Bagi pelamar beasiswa S3, wajib melampirkan proposal penelitian dalam bahasa Inggris sesuai standar penulisan ilmiah.
  5. Pelamar yang saat ini telah memiliki Surat Penerimaan (Letter of Acceptence) dari perguruan tinggi yang telah ditetapkan Depkominfo, dan Surat tersebut telah mendapatkan verifikasi dari
    Depkominfo, akan mendapatkan prioritas.
  6. Pelamar wajib mengikuti ketentuan dan aturan yang telah
    ditetapkan Depkominfo.

B.INFORMASI KHUSUS

    4.Mengikuti ketentuan dan aturan yang telah ditetapkan Depkominfo
    Khusus:
    1.Lulusan S1 bagi pelamar beasiswa S2 atau lulusan S2 bagi pelamar beasiswa S3
    2.Memiliki IPK minimum 2,75 ( dari skala 4,0)
    3.Memiliki nilai Institutional TOEFL minimum 550 atau IELTS
    minimum 6.5 (batas waktu tes terakhir adalah tahun 2007)
    4.Memiliki nilai Tes Potensi Akademik (TPA) minimum 550 (batas
    waktu tes terakhir adalah tahun 2007). Bagi yang belum memiliki
    nilai TPA, dapat mengikuti tes yang akan diselenggarakan Bappenas.

    5.Memiliki nilai GRE/GMAT, bila program studi di perguruan

    6.Mendapat rekomendasi dari pejabat berwenang (minimum dari
    pimpinan instansi setingkat Eselon II bagi PNS, dari pimpinan
    perusahaan atau pejabat lain yang berwenang bagi karyawan dan
    karyawati industri TIK, dari pimpinan perguruan tinggi atau pejabat
    yang berwenang di lembaga pendidikan bagi pimpinan satuan kerja,
    dosen dan staf di lembaga pendidikan, dan dari dosen pembimbing
    skripsi atau pembimbing tesis bagi masyarakat umum)
    7.Diutamakan :
    a. Memiliki masa kerja sekurang-kurangnya 2 tahun, terhitung
    mulai tanggal diangkat menjadi PNS dalam gelar S1 pada instansi yang bersangkutan (bagi pelamar kategori PNS) atau memiliki pengalaman bekerja minimum 2 tahun (bagi pelamar kategori karyawan lembaga pendidikan, industri TIK, dan masyarakat umum)
    b.Berusia maksimum 35 tahun (bagi pelamar beasiswa S2) dan 40
    tahun (bagi pelamar beasiswa S3) pada saat pendaftaran
    c.Belum memiliki gelar dan tidak sedang menerima beasiswa lain

C. PROSES SELEKSI DAN PEMBERANGKATAN

Proses Seleksi
Proses seleksi terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu:

  1. Seleksi administratif, yakni tahap penilaian terhadap kelengkapan dokumen yang dipersyaratkan
  2. Seleksi kemampuan akademik, yakni tahap penilaian terhadap kemampuan bahasa Inggris (nilai TOEFL/IELTS), TPA, GRE/GMAT (bila diperlukan), dan aspek lain untuk menyusun daftar pendek berdasarkanp eringkat prestasi, prioritas, dan potensi pelamar.
  3. Wawancara, yakni tahap penilaian terhadap tujuan dan
    motivasi belajar, sikap kepribadian, dan hal-hal lain yang berkaitan
    dengan tujuan program beasiswa.

Proses Pemberangkatan

  1. Pemberangkatan ke negara-negara tujuan studi segera
    a.Selesai mengikuti seluruh proses persiapan yang diselenggarakan oleh Depkominfo
    b.Memiliki Surat Penerimaan (Letter of Accepatence) dari
    perguruan tinggi yang telah ditetapkan, dan surat tersebut telah
    diverifikasi oleh Depkominfo
    c.Memenuhi aturan keimigrasian negara tujuan studi
    d.Memiliki surat ijin belajar dari Pemerintah Indonesia
    e.Tidak sedang dalam keadaan hamil pada saat pemberangkatan ke
    negara tujuan studi
  2. Prioritas pemberangkatan diberikan kepada pelamar yang telah lulus seleksi dan telah memiliki Surat Penerimaan (Letter of
    Acceptence) dari perguruan tinggi yang telah ditetapkan Depkominfo

D.CAKUPAN DAN KEWAJIBAN PELAMAR

Cakupan Beasiswa

  1. Biaya kuliah (tuition fee)
  2. Biaya perjalanan pesawat udara kelas ekonomi pergi-pulang dari dan ke negara tujuan studi (pada saat keberangkatan dan kepulangan)
  3. Uang penempatan awal (establishment cost)
  4. Biaya hidup selama mengikuti pendidikan (living allowance)
  5. Asuransi kesehatan
  6. Biaya pengurusan visa pelajar (student visa)

Catatan:

  • Peserta yang telah berkeluarga dapat membawa serta keluarganya ke negara tujuan studi dengan biaya sendiri (Depkominfo tidak memberi tunjangan keluarga)
  • Formulir pendaftaran harus diisi dengan jelas dibubuhi materai secukupnya dan disertai dengan semua dokumen sebagaimana tersebut dalam Daftar Kelengkapan Persyaratan.
  • Keputusan Panitia Seleksi bersifat mutlak, tidak dapat diganggu gugat.

Reporting to the Asset Protection Superintendent, this challenging and exciting position will be responsible for the continual development, coordination and implementation of the BHP Billiton Crisis and Emergency Management and in establishing and continuously improving the sites preparedness to respond to any crisis and emergencies. Responsibilities include facilitating the field response teams in training, drills and exercises including reporting and monitoring of all emergency related activities on site and across the CCOW. The incumbent must ensure all HSES and security systems and processes are implemented, practised and maintained in an efficient manner.

Specific duties will involve ensuring that the BHP Billiton Crisis and Emergency Response plan, procedures, team and facilities are always prepared to respond to any emergency to protect life, environment and company assets. The Emergency Response Coordinator must also be actively involved in investigations and carry out regular reviews of the emergency plan and any other activities that require a crisis and emergency perspective. There will be a requirement to liaise with emergency services, law enforcement, community, NGO, client representatives, contractors and local regulatory agencies as well as consultants

To be considered to this position, at least be a graduate from University with a degree in relevant fields. At least 3 years experience in an emergency response and training role. Good communication and writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written) are desirable. Excellent computer skills and a sound knowledge of mining, construction, oil and gas or similar industry. Must be a team player with above average man management and leadership skills.

Relationship and Product Officer Financial Institutions Global Market
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop ICBC Group’s relationship with institutional clients including banks, non-bank financial institutions, settlement institutions and public exchanges in Indonesia and surrounding region.
  • Liaise with global FI team in Beijing, Hong Kong or global teams of Trade and Settlement, Capital Market, Operation for the Bank and global benefit.
  • Attend client meetings/presentations. Perfect knowledge of client needs and providing adequate solutions in close coordination with the concerning product lines.
  • Identify and Market the Bank’s products in conjunction with Product Specialists including trade finance and transactional service, financial markets, lending, and corporate finance products and services.
  • Assess, administer and maintain the bank’s Vostro and Nostro accounts with counterparts, negotiate best terms and ensures quality of service.
  • Administer and update the bank’s authorized signatory specimens.
  • Enhance the Bank’s profitability through cross selling global market products and services through coordinating with Front Office traders.
  • Manage the KYC process of new counterparties/customers. Establish and update KYC anti money laundry process and procedures in association with compliance, settlement team.
  • Preparation of budget of FI line including the revenues and costs, marketing plans and expenditures, rebate programs for counterparts.
  • Compliance with all applied Indonesian regulations and internal rules.
  • Prepare relevant client documentation.
  • Training, orientation and knowledge dissemination for the Banks.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English.
  • Preferred language(s): Chinese.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Treasury Management or equivalent.
  • Thorough knowledge of general banking product services particularly in trade finance, transaction banking and treasury.
  • Possess strong relationship management and business development skills backed by high level of personal motivation, time management and organizational skills.
  • Full-Time positions available.
